The excellence of the service provided. I went to Darren with a relatively minor problem of a jammed boot lock on a Honda Jazz. I would have been happy to book the car in but 20 minutes later the problem had been solved. Darren is a very enthusiastic and courteous mechanic who is always very helpful whatever the circumstances. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
